Do you charge extra to ship to domestic addresses outside the continental United States?
We do not charge extra for ground shipping to domestic addresses. Most express shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Territories are only slightly higher than standard domestic rates. Express shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses.
How do you determine shipping charges for international addresses?
Addresses OUTSIDE the United States, its territories, and US military post offices are considered international addresses. International shipping charges are based on the delivery location and the weight of the package. The carrier will usually attempt to collect these charges at the time of delivery.
What happens to my shipping charges if I return an item?
Our standard returns policies apply. When you return an item, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges. When you exchange one item for another of equal or lesser value, we will not usually charge to ship your return item to a domestic address.
