SHIPPING

How is my order shipped?

We use our own fleet of vehicles, or may use UPS, FedEx, or another carrier. All of the available items in your order will ship together. If you order an item that is not available, we will ship the available portion of your order and send other items as they become available.

How do you determine my shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based on your shipping type and the items you order. Are services available on weekends or holidays? Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 2 to 28 business days, unless expedited freight is chosen. The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: pre-orders, back-order, and manual billing verification.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Please accept our apologies if the carrier did not deliver your order promptly and in good condition. If you did not receive your order, we ask that you check around your property, in your mailbox, and with your neighbors to make sure that the order is not at your location. Contact us at customerservice@mailender.com if you are certain that the item was not delivered or if your item arrived damaged. We will file a claim with the carrier and repair, replace (or issue credit), or refund your purchase as efficiently as possible.

What happens if an item is missing or if I receive the wrong item?

Please accept our apologies if your order is not processed correctly. Just contact us at customerservice@mailender.com if an item is short-shipped or missing from your order. We will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible.

How do you determine shipping charges for domestic addresses?

Addresses inside the United States, its territories, and US military post offices are considered domestic addresses. The shipping rates for domestic orders under $250 are determined by the shipping type and order total. Rates for orders over $250 are determined by shipping type and weight.

Do you charge extra to ship to domestic addresses outside the continental United States?

We do not charge extra for ground shipping to domestic addresses. Most express shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Territories are only slightly higher than standard domestic rates. Express shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses.

How do you determine shipping charges for international addresses?

Addresses OUTSIDE the United States, its territories, and US military post offices are considered international addresses. International shipping charges are based on the delivery location and the weight of the package. In addition to the shipping costs provided at checkout, the recipient is responsible for all customs fees including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border before delivery. The carrier will usually attempt to collect these charges at the time of delivery.

What happens to my shipping charges if I return an item?

Our standard returns policies apply. When you return an item, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges. When you exchange one item for another of equal or lesser value, we will not usually charge to ship your return item to a domestic address.
